Sarah B.

I graduated from West Virginia University with my Masters in Occupational Therapy in May 2018. Take me home country roads! I am also originally from Romney, West Virginia, but I now live with my two dogs, Marcie and Moose in NC. I have been a pediatric occupational therapist for my entire OT career. It is my passion to advocate for my patients and their families. A fun fact about myself is that I gained my passion for kids from growing up in my mother’s daycare and helping out after school or in the summer.  I specialize in Ayres SI, DIR Floortime, reflex integration, and neurodevelopment. I also have knowledge about therapeutic listening and interactive metronome. My favorite part about my job is the smiles on my patients’ and families’ faces as progress is being made! Outside of work, you can find me reading a good book, spending time with loved ones or my dogs, doing puzzles, or enjoying time outdoors!

Caitlin W.

Caitlin joined PAT in 2018, but she’s no stranger! Caitlin completed a fieldwork rotation with PAT during her graduate school studies and hoped one day to return as an employee. She graduated from Wake Forest in 2012 with an undergrad degree in health and exercise science and minors in psychology and neuroscience. She earned her M.S. in Occupational Therapy from East Carolina University in 2014. Before coming to PAT, she worked at an inpatient rehabilitation center with clients with a variety of physical and cognitive disabilities. She has attended continuing education courses to focus on NDT, visual impairments, and oncology rehabilitation. After work, she enjoys playing with my dog (Winston), cooking, and being outdoors (hiking, kayaking, anything!).
