Radhika Flannery holds a Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Ball State University, along with a graduate certificate in Autism. She brings over three years of experience working with children ages 2–15 across clinic, school, and in home settings. Radhika is passionate about sharing the principles of ABA with families, caregivers, and professionals both within and beyond the field. Her favorite part of the work is building strong connections with clients and celebrating the small but meaningful milestones along each child’s journey. Originally from Wisconsin, Radhika relocated to North Carolina in 2024. Outside of the clinic, she enjoys exploring the East Coast, hiking, playing volleyball, and spending time with her husband and their energetic puppy, Motley.
