Originally from California, LeeAnne relocated to North Carolina in 1995. After teaching preschoolers, elementary school children and high schoolers, LeeAnne went back to school and graduated with a Master’s Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Appalachian University in 2013. After earning her degree she has enjoyed working with the pediatric population in school, home and clinic settings. Her passion to help children and support their families has led her to take continuing education in apraxia of speech, literacy, feeding and tethered oral tissues. LeeAnne enjoys sunny days and spending time with her husband and their 6 grandchildren.
