Josie M.

Hi, my name is Josie! I grew up in Fort Mill, South Carolina just outside of Charlotte. I completed my undergrad at East Carolina University (go pirates!). After college I moved to Charlotte where I began working as an RBT. After falling in love with the field I decided to pursue higher education and received a Master’s in Applied Behavioral Analysis from Ball State University. I have been a BCBA for a year and a half but in the field since 2020. I love working with early intervention and programming for functional communication. Outside of work I love to read, try new restaurants, travel, and spend warm days on the lake. I also have a French Bulldog, Zoey who is my whole world!

Gabriella F.

Hi, I’m Gabby!
I have been a Board Certified Behavior Analyst for about one year now. Before becoming board certified, I was in training as a Student Analyst at PAT Kids for over one year. ABA is one of my biggest passions!
Outside of my professional life, I am very passionate about the outdoors! I enjoy gardening, camping, and exploring beaches and mountains. I am also currently expecting my first child this summer!
Last year, I had the honor of helping open our Concord 2 Location which functions as an ABA only clinic. I am so grateful for the opportunity to empower those around me while continuing my growth in this role!
