Kate is originally from Cincinnati, OH. She received her Master’s Degree from Miami University of Ohio, where she taught American Sign Language to undergraduate students for her assistantship. She began her career in Nashville, TN at a pediatric private practice. There, Kate gained a lot of experience with Augmentative and Alternative Communication, as well as experience working with children with hearing loss. Outside of work, Kate loves to travel, be outdoors/go on hikes, hot yoga, and play volleyball.
