Kathryn graduated from Texas Tech University with a Bachelor’s of Human Development and Family studies and a Master’s of Occupational Therapy and focused on pediatrics and child development throughout her entire education. When not studying or attending class, she worked and volunteered through various special needs church groups and as a caregiver for local families.  Kathryn had fieldwork experiences in childhood mental health and foster care, summer feeding camps, and outpatient pediatrics and loves promoting physical, mental, and emotional wellness in children to help foster independence. In her free time Kathryn loves watching sitcoms and crime thrillers with her fiancé, being outdoors with her dog, Clarice, and seeking out the best ice cream spot in Charlotte.
