Joyah M.
Joyah earned her Bachelor’s of Arts in Speech at North Carolina A&T State University and went on to obtain her Master’s of Science in Speech Language Pathology at North Carolina Central University. As a graduate student, she gained substantial experience in evaluating and treating both children and adults with speech, language, and communication disorders.
Joyah is licensed to practice in North Carolina and has a wide range of experiences in various settings, including home health, teletherapy, private practice, and the preschool through middle school environment. She enjoys working with clients with challenges with expressive, receptive, and pragmatic language skills. She also enjoys working with clients who are experiencing articulation and phonological difficulties.
Joyah was born and raised in Murfreesboro, North Carolina, but now resides in the wonderful city of Charlotte. In her spare time, she enjoys being a musician, spending time with friends and family, traveling, and playing with her Morkie Poo, Niko.
