Aaron Perez is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with seven years of experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). He began his career in community mental health, working with adults before transitioning to ABA in 2018. Starting as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), Aaron quickly developed a passion for working with children and pursued his Master’s in Applied Behavior Analysis with an emphasis in Autism Spectrum Disorder from Ball State University, graduating in 2019. He became a BCBA in 2021.

Throughout his career, Aaron has worked with a diverse range of learners, from early intervention clients developing foundational skills to children working on social skills and school readiness. He has also supported individuals with significant skill deficits and those exhibiting mild to severe maladaptive behaviors. His experience spans across individualized treatment planning, caregiver collaboration, and behavior reduction strategies, all with a strong emphasis on compassionate and evidence-based interventions.

Aaron is passionate about making meaningful connections with the children and families he serves. He is excited to be a part of the team at Pediatric Advanced Therapy and looks forward to collaborating with parents, caregivers, and fellow professionals to help every child reach their full potential.
